Research is “the systematic investigation into and study of materials and sources in order to establish facts and reach new conclusions.” This is why assessment and evaluation is such an important part of our offering and the work we do. Research helps to get to the heart of a matter. Research often facilitates learning and the acceptance of new perspectives about an issue. It can challenge current practices, open up new opportunities, and generate renewed energy in ways that subjective discussions cannot.

Our research, assessment and evaluation approaches are practical, grounded in academic rigour, and based on many decades of application in organisational settings.We use data, where we can, to develop strategies and recommendations that can be measured and managed.
